Free Family Movies Offered in August

The Carroll Arts Center will again partner with Westminster’s downtown businesses to present free family movies August 3 and 10 at 7 p.m.
No advance tickets will be distributed. Seating is first-come, first served. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and concession sales will benefit the Arts Council’s scholarship fund.
